Always keep it clean, always friendly to guests.. I was just disappointed when I stayed there were other noisy guests please check when checking in. It seems like there are many guests who enter the hotel in 1 room. Because at 2-3 o'clock I was sleeping in the next room there were very noisy guests laughing and giggling when people were sleeping very disturbed because I was surprised the sound was very loud it seemed more than 2 people thanks..

It was a bit of a shock when the front desk officer said "you can't borrow a bowl, bring it to the room, especially if the food is bought from outside"
1. Don't assume, if a guest asks for menu X, can they give you that food? Your restaurant menu is not complete, that's why they ordered outside because they wanted to eat something else.
2. This is the first time a 4-star hotel has refused a simple request, no other hotel has ever refused a request like this, it's surprising
3. Almost all front desks are not friendly, my wife brought a child and a stroller and was not ready to help
